(Spring 2022) – For years the DSCSA has focused mainly on manufacturers and wholesalers. As we approach 2023 that focus is shifting. Dispenser participation is essential to DSCSA. Industry stakeholders have openly stated that dispenser knowledge of DSCSA requirements is inconsistent and somewhat limited. Dispensers need to know about DSCSA, they need to have a solution in place to quickly and efficiently meet the requirements of the law. Furthermore, dispensers need to make sure the solution they have meets all the requirements of DSCSA and is ready for interoperability.
