InfiniTrak Team

TeamThe InfiniTrak team comes from an impressive range of backgrounds and education. Our diversity of disciplines and career paths ensures that our approach considers all angles. We know that DSCSA is, to say the least, a complex law and brings significant change to the way most pharmacies will track and trace their products. As the industry adopts the critical steps to build an electronic, interoperable system to identify and trace certain prescription drugs as they are distributed in the United States, tools must be focused on efficiency, flexibility, affordability, and, above all else, compliance.

InfiniTrak enables you to be compliant with the FDA and add additional value to your customers. Our team of consultants and business partners deliver the highest quality business consulting services. Combined with the power of technology and dedicated support, we are here to guide you to infinite success.

Team Perspectives

DeniDeniseMugshot1se Garcia

CEO & Chief Compliance Officer

“Keeping track of regulatory compliance can feel like a road trip with a map that is constantly changing.

My focus is on complex regulatory environments – tracking changes and how they impact the people, products and industries I represent. Compliance and policy are now integral pieces of any business strategy and I am here to build that structure for our users. That requires immersing myself in their perspective so I can craft creative and practical solutions that address every last detail.

I particularly enjoy helping independent businesses advance patient-centered healthcare. Regulations and controls surrounding the healthcare/pharmaceutical supply chain are complicated but also contain enormous potential for tracking efficacy and collecting consumer feedback. I help our clients meet these challenges while also improving safety.”

A past ADA Compliance Administrator for the INOVA Health System, Denise earned her Juris Doctor, Law from Harvard Law School, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Long Island University.

“If a one-size-fits-all approach really worked, I wouldn’t be here today.

That kind of thinking doesn’t promote individuality or innovation; it doesn’t support the community of small and independent businesses that compose the fabric of the American entrepreneurship and the bulk of the U.S. economy.

Breaking free from that idea inspired me to create InfiniTrak, track-and-trace software that puts advanced resources into the hands of independent business owners.

There is tremendous value in providing support to independent pharmacists faced with counterfeiting and theft of pharmaceutical
products. With my experience in supply chain management and information technology (IT), this cause is personal. As a Type 1 diabetic, a safe and cost-effective drug supply chain is critical to my health.”

Greg earned a master’s degree in Business from University of San Diego, writing his thesis on Effective Supply Chain Management. He is a certified professional in supply management (CPSM).
